CRIBFLYER can add a new property for you using AI. Instead of entering the property details yourself, import them from a listing URL or from screenshots and documents you upload. The AI reads the source, extracts the property details, and shows you everything to review before the property is added.
To get started, go to Properties and click + New Property. To import from a web page, paste the listing URL into the Import using AI box and click IMPORT.
Most MLS systems and some of the big listing portals block automated access, so a screenshot is often the more reliable option. If you paste a link from Zillow, Realtor.com or an MLS system, the import will usually come back with an error saying the site blocked our request. Pasting a URL works best for pages that do not block us, such as your own brokerage website or a public property website.
To import from a screenshot or document instead, click the Upload link under the Import using AI box. You can upload up to 3 files that describe the SAME property: screenshots, PDFs, or plain text files (PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, or TXT, max 15 MB each). For example, a screenshot of the MLS listing, a listing presentation PDF, or notes in a text file.
The import takes about a minute. The AI extracts the address, price, beds and baths, building and lot size, year built, property type, taxes and HOA fees, parking, a description, and features & amenities. Review the details and click ADD PROPERTY if most of it looks correct — you can edit everything after the property is added, just like a property you entered manually.
Please note: photos are not imported, so after the property is added upload your photos on the property's Photos screen.
CRIBFLYER does not have MLS IDX data integrations, but the AI import is a great substitute - it works from any listing page or document, requires no IDX paperwork or setup, and is probably easier to use.
