Can CRIBFLYER import my listing data from the MLS or another website?

Yes. Our Add Property using AI feature (currently in beta) can import listing data for you. When adding a new property you can either upload a screenshot of the listing or paste the URL of a public listing page, and the AI will read it and extract the property details (address, price, beds and baths, sizes, description, features & amenities, and more) for you to review before the property is added.

A screenshot is usually the most reliable option. Most MLS systems and some of the big listing portals (Zillow and Realtor.com, for example) block automated access, so pasting a link from those will usually come back with an error saying the site blocked our request. When that happens, take a screenshot of the listing page and upload that instead. You can upload up to 3 files describing the same property: screenshots, PDFs, or plain text files.

Pasting a URL works well for pages that do not block us, such as your own brokerage website or a public property website. It is worth trying first, and you can switch to a screenshot if it errors.

We don't offer live MLS/IDX data feeds, but this one-time import is a simple substitute that is probably easier to use, with no IDX paperwork or setup required. Note that photos are not imported; you'll upload those after the property is added.
